zKonsult Innovative Solutions Private Limited (ZISPL) is an initiative taken by three women entrepreneurs who decided to come out of their comfort zones and take on the stride of bringing transformation into the lives of people who they would work with in any format of the role. Laying the foundation of the company, getting it registered, and the journey of ZISPL got initiated.
The leadership is committed to delivering innovative solutions through the following three lines of business:
Transforming the way learning solutions are developed from being title centric to being more of user centric. User experience and learning are the parameters that are kept in mind while designing the learning solutions for a client. The outcome-based models are also something ZISPL believes to sign-up for, where the real value can be depicted and measured.
Learn, Un-learn, and Re-learn is the cyclic process in the current changing environment, be it IT, Non-IT, a Business Domain, Soft Skills, or Leadership skills. All of it is evolving and transforming with the latest trends of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence (BI), Internet of Things (IoT), Situational Leadership, etc. Hence, training is complementary for any business to grow well.
